This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 7973 : 1992`Cereals and milled cereal products - Determination of theviscosity of flour - Method using an amylograph' issued by theInternational Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted bythe Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of theFoodgrains and Foodgrain Industries Sectional Committee (FAD 16),and approval of the Food and Agriculture Division Council.
