IS 1387 : 1993 General requirments for the supply of metallurgical materials

1 Scope

1.1 This standard covers the general requirements for the supplyof metallurgical materials including raw materials formetallurgical industries and finished metal products conforming toIndian Standard specifications. If considered acceptable by theparties concerned, this standard may be used in part or full forthe supply of other materials or products.

1.2 This standard does not cover all the other provisionsrelating to a contract which should be separately agreed betweenthe contracting parties.
