IS 13909 : 1993 Dimensions for PM Cores made of magnetic oxides and associated Parts

1 Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the dimensions that are ofimportance for mechanical interchangeability for a preferred rangeof PM-cores made of magnetic oxides, the principal dimensions forcoil formers to be used with these cores and the locations of theirterminal pins on a modular printed wiring grid in relation to thebase outlines of cores.   Note - PM-cores consist of twoparts.

1.2 The use `derived standards' which give a more detailedspecification of component parts whilst still permitting compliancestandard is discussed in Annex A.
