IS 13932 : 1994 Aircraft electrical cables identification markings

1 Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the way in which single-core cables(wires) used in the wiring of aircraft are to be marked as to type,size, origin, date, etc, in order to facilitate servicing, theinvestigation of faults and replacement, when necessary, with anequivalent cables.

1.2 It allows for manufacturer's own certification for easyidentification of their cables.
