1 Scope

1.1 This standard specifies the requirements and test for allexternal projections of the vehicle excluding the rear view mirrorsand other accessories like aerials, luggage racks, etc, if fitted.

1.2 This standard applies to all classes of vehicle on the roadexcept for two and three wheeled vehicles below 500 cc.
