IS 13983 : 1994 Specification for stainless steel sinks for domestic purposes

1 Scope

This standard covers requirements regarding material,dimensions, construction and workmanship for sit-on and inset typestainless steel sinks for domestic purposes. Options are specifiedfor sinks with or without overflow holes, tap holes or selectedwaste facilities. The standard does not specify methods ofsupporting or methods of fixing and sealing sinks.
