1 Scope

1.1 This standard specifies requirements pertaining to a systemof thermal protection applied to stator windings of cage typeinduction motors (other than small FHP motors) having a ratedvoltage not exceeding 660 V.

1.2 The requirements to be met, when the temperature sensitivedevice as components fitted into motor winding, are specified in 3,4 and 6.
