This Indian Standard (Part 9) which is identical with IEC60728-9 : 2000 `Cabled distribution systems for television andsound signals - Part 9: Interfaces of cabled distribution systemsfor digitally modulated signals' issued by the InternationalElectrotechnical Commission (IEC) was adopted by the Bureau ofIndian Standards on the recommendation of the RadiocommunicationSectional Committee and approval of the Electronics andTelecommunication Division Council.
