IS 14279 : 1995 Lubricating Equipment - Barrel transfer pumps for grease - Specification

1 Scope

This standard covers the requirements for motorized and handoperated barrel transfer pumps for transfer of grease of selfcollapsible type NLGI No. 2 [worked penetration range (60 doublestrokes) = 265 to 295] from 180 kg capacity grease drums [see IS1783 (Part 2) : 1988] to any container without allowing anycontamination.
