1 Scope

1.1 This standard covers the requirements for barrel transferpumps for transfer of oil in viscosity range 30 to 500 centistokesat 40�C from 200 litre nominal capacity oil drums[see IS 1783 : Part 2 : 1988] to any, other container withoutallowing any contamination and spillage.
