1 Scope
1.1 This standard lays down guidelines to cover primarily bothsuspension and solution grouts with particular reference toalluvial grouting. Under suspension grouts, grout materials likecement, clays, bentonite, flyash, etc, are covered, whereas undersolution grouts, chemical grout material are covered.
1.2 This standard does not cover compaction grouting or groutingfor reducing compressibility of soil which is excluded from thescope of this standard.
