IS 14439 : Part 2 : 1998 Legal Metrology - Gas Volume Meters - Part 2 : Diaphragm Gas Meters

1 Scope

This standard (Part 2) is applicable to gas volume meters inwhich the gas flow is measured by means of measuring chambers withdeformable walls (diaphragm gas meters).

With regard to the gas volume meters defined above, thisstandard complements to IS 14439 (Part 1) : 1997 `Legal metrology -Gas volume meters : Part 1 General requirements, the requirementsof which apply jointly with the requirements specified in thisstandard.

Note - In this standard diaphragm gas meters are called `Gasmeters or `meters.
