This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 12482-1 : 1995`Cranes - Condition monitoring - part 1: General, issued bylnternational Organization for Standardization (ISO), was adoptedby the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendations of theCranes, Lifting Chains and Its Related Equipment SectionalCommittee, and approval of the Heavy Mechanical EngineeringDivision Council.
