NATIONAL FOREWORD

The Indian Standard (Part 184) which is identical with ISO 15029-2 : 2018 ‘Petroleum and related products - Determination of spray ignition characteristics of fire-resistant fluids - Part 2: Spray test - Stabilised flame heat release method’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Methods for Sampling and Test for Petroleum and Related Products of Synthetic or Biological Origin Including Lubricants, Greases, Speciality Products, Additives and Gaseous Fuels (excluding Bitumen) Sectional Committee and approval of the Petroleum, Coal and Related Products Division Council.
