1 Scope

1.1 This standard applies to the specification of pulsegenerators and to accessories used with generators.

1.2 Generators with continuous or pulsed sinusoidal outputs,television pattern generators, complex function generators, andgenerators for insulation resistance testing specially excludedfrom the scope of this standard.
