1 Scope

1.1 This standard (Part 1) specifies characteristics ofcomposition cork material intended to be used as gasket in variousindustries.

1.2 This standard applies to composition cork sheets, slabs orframes obtained by pressure with granulated cork protein or resinbonded, with or without rise of temperature.
