This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 3591 : 1977'Sensory analysis - Apparatus - Wine tasting glass' issued by theInternational Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted bythe Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the FoodAnalysis and Nutrition Sectional Committee and approval of the Foodand Agriculture Division Council.
