NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (First Revision) which is identical with ISO 13431 : 1999 ‘Geotextiles and geotextile-related products - Determination of tensile creep and creep rupture behavior’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Geosynthetics Sectional Committee and approval of the Textiles Division Council.
