This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 11086 : 1996`Gas turbines - Vocabulary', issued by the InternationalOrganization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau ofIndian Standards on the recommendation of Aircraft and SpaceVehicles Sectional Committee and approval of the TransportEngineering Division Council.
