This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO/TR 10314-1 :1990 Industrial automation - Shop floor production - Part 1:Reference model for standardization and a methodology foridentification of requirements issued by the InternationalOrganization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau ofIndian Standards on the recommendations of the Industrial andProduction Automation Systems and Robotics Sectional Committee andapproval of the Basic and Production Engineering Division Council.
