This Indian Standard which isidentical with ISO 5478 : 1990 `Rubber - Determination of styrenecontent - Nitration method issued by the InternationalOrganization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau ofIndian Standards on the recommendations of the Rubber SectionalCommittee and approval of the Petroleum, Coal and Related ProductsDivision Council.
