This Indian Standard (Part 2/Sec 1) whichis identical with IEC 60264 -2-.1 (1989)’ Packaging of winding wires - Part 2: Cylindrical barrelled delivery spools - Section One - Basic dimensions’ issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission (lEC) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Winding Wires Sectional Committee (ET 33) and approval of the Electrotechnical Division Council.
