This Indian Standard (Part 3/Sec 3) which is identical with IEC 60264-3-3(1990) ‘Packaging of winding wires — Part 3: Taper barrelled delivery spools — Section 3 — ‘Specification for non-returnable spools made from thermoplastic material’, issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Winding Wires Sectional Committee (ET 33) and approval of the Electrotechnical Division Council.
