This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 13721 : 1995`Meat and meat products - Enumeration of lactic acid bacteria -Colony-count technique at 30�C' issued by theInternational Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted bythe Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of theSlaughter House and Meat Industry Sectional Committee and approvalof the Food and Agriculture Division Council.
