This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 8727:1997 ‘Mechanical vibration and shock — Human exposure — Biodynamicscoordinate systems’ issud by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendations of the Mechanical Vibration and Shock Sectional Committee and approval of the Mechanical Engineering Division Council.
