1 Scope

This standard describes the following new seven tools forquality improvement:

a) Affinity Diagram,

b) Tree Diagram,

c) Arrow Diagram,

d) Process Decision Programme Chart,

e) Matrix Diagram,

f) Relations Diagram, and

g) Matrix Data Analysis.

The above tools have been illustrated with examples for betterunderstanding.
