1 SCOPE
1.1 This standard prescribes the requirements of anti-strip additives for reducing moisture susceptibility in bituminous mixes and materials. Hydrated lime and cement which are added directly to the aggregates are not in the scope of this standard.
1.2 This standard also provides guidance with respect to applications, storage, handling and safety precautions, and dosage of anti-stripping agents for use in bituminous materials and mixes.
