IS 14995 : 2001 Stretch Cling Films - Specification

1 Scope

1.1 This standard prescribes the requirements, methods ofsampling and test for stretch cling films.

1.2 This standard covers flexible unsupported tubular/cast filmsof 10 �m and above in thickness made from naturalcompound of linear low density polyethylene having density between910 to 940 kg/m³ at 27�C or anyother polymeric materials or blend that need the requirement ofthis standard.

1.3 Coloured films shall be as agreed to between the purchaserand the supplier.
