This Indian Standard ( Part 2 ) which is identical with ISO 6196-2:1993 ‘Micrographics - Vocabulary - Part 02: Image positions and methods of recording’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization ( ISO ) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of Documentation and Information Sectional Committee and approval of the Management and Systems Division Council.
