This Indian Standard (Part 5) which is identical with ISO 6196-5: 1987 `Micrographics - Vocabulary - Part 05: Quality of images,legibility, inspection, issued by the International Organizationfor Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of IndianStandards on the recommendation of the Documentation andInformation Sectional Committee and approval of the Management andSystems Division Council.
