This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO/IEC 10149 :1995 `Information technology - Data interchange on read-only 120 mmoptical data disks (CD-ROM)' issued by the InternationalOrganization for Standardization (ISO) and the InternationalElectrotechnical Commission (IEC) jointly was adopted by the Bureauof Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Computer HardwareSectional Committee and approval of the Electronics andTelecommunication Division Council.
