This Indian Standard (Part 2) which is identical with IEC61287-2 : 2001 `Power convertors installed on board railway rollingstock - Part 2 : Additional technical information' issued by theInternational Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) was adopted by theBureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the PowerElectronics Sectional Committee and approval of theElectrotechnical Division Council.
