This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 9524 : 1993`Machine tools - Front faces of spindle holders for machiningcentres - Functional dimensions issued by the InternationalOrganization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau ofIndian Standards on the recommendations of Machine Tool Elementsand Holding Devices Sectional Committee and approval of the BasicProduction Engineering Division Council.
