This Indian Standard (Part 1) which is identical with ISO 6344-1: 1998 `Coated abrasives - Grain size analysis - Part 1 : Grainsize distribution test' issued by the International Organizationfor Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of IndianStandards on the recommendation of the Abrasives SectionalCommittee and approval of the Basic and Production EngineeringDivision Council.
