This Indian Standard (Part 7) which is identical with ISO 8782-7: 2000 `Safety, protective and occupational footwear forprofessional use - Part 7 : Additional specifications forprotective footwear' issued by the International Organization forStandardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standardson the recommendations of the Footwear Sectional Committee andapproval of the Chemical Division Council.
