This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 2726 : 1995`Woodworking tools - Metal-bodied bench planes, plane cutters andcap irons' issued by the International Organization forStandardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standardson the recommendations of the Woodworking Hand Tools SectionalCommittee (BP07) and approval of the Basic and ProductionEngineering Division Council.
