National Foreword
This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 157 : 1996 `Coal -Determination of forms of sulfur' issued by the International Organizationfor Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards onthe recommendations of the Solid Mineral Fuels Sectional Committee andapproval of the Petroleum, Coal and Related Products Division Council.
