This Indian Standard (Part 2) which is identical with ISO 3100-2 : 1988`Meat and meat products - Sampling and preparation of test samples -Part 2: Preparation of test samples for microbiological examination'issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) wasadopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendations ofSlaughter House and Meat Industry Sectional Committee and approval of theFood and Agriculture Division Council.
