This Indian Standard (Part 1) (Second Revision) which is identical with ISO 9186-1 : 2014 ‘Graphical symbols - Test methods - Part 1: Method for testing comprehensibility’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Basic Standards Sectional Committee and approval of the Production and General Engineering Division Council.
