IS 15549 : 2005 Stationary Valve Regulated Lead Acid Batteries - Specification

1 Scope

This standard specifies capacities and performance requirements andcorresponding test methods for all types of high integrity seriesstationary valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) batteries. These batteriesworks on oxygen recombination principle and do not require any topping upwith distilled water during its life time.
