1. SCOPE

This standard specifies performance requirements for motor vehicle air brake hose, brake hose assemblies, and brake hose end fittings.

This standard applies to any.motor vehicle including two, three, four wheelers and multi-wheelers incorporating pneumatic brake systems using brake hose.
