This Indian Standard (Part 4) (First Revision) which is identical with ISO 8600-4 : 2014 ‘Endosopes - Medical endoscopes and endotherapy devices - Part 4: Determination of maximum width of insertion portion’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Surgical Instruments Sectional Committee and approval of the Medical Equipment and Hospital Planning Division Council.
