This Indian Standard (Part 3) which is identical with ISO 11677-3 : 1995 ?Textile machinery and accessories - Main dimensions of open end loop flat steel healds and their corresponding heald-carrying rods - Part 3: Carrying rods for healds with C- and J-shaped end loops? issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Machinery for Yarn and Fabric Manufacture Sectional Committee and approval of the Textile Division Council.
This standard supersedes IS 10626 : 1983 ?Dimensions of heald carrying rods and ?C? shaped end loops of flat steel healds? since it was based on ISO 6457 : 1982 ?Textiles machinery and accessories- Heald-carrying rods for ?C? shaped end loops of flat steel healds - Dimensions? which has been replaced by ISO 11677-3 : 1995.
