This Indian Standard (Part 1/Sec 1) (First Revision) which is identical with IEC 61747-1-1 : 2014 ‘Liquid crystal display devices - Part 1-1: Generic —Generic specification’ issued by the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on recommendation of the Electronic Display Devices Sectional Committee and approval of the Electronics and Information Technology Division Council.
