1. SCOPE

1.1 This standard specifies the principal requirements intended to ensure the safety, reliability and performance of wheeled fire extinguishers.

1.2 It is applicable to wheeled fire extinguishers with a total mass (when fully charged) of greater than 17 kg but not more than 450 kg.

NOTE - Fire extinguisher of 450 kg weight shall be without trolley and trailer.
