This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 11294 : 1994 ‘Roasted ground coffee - Determination of moisture content - Method by determination of loss in mass at 103 oC (Routine method)’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Stimulant Foods Sectional Committee and approval of the Food and Agriculture Division Council.
