NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 6668 : 2008 ‘Green coffee — Preparation of samples for use in sensory analysis’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Stimulant Foods Sectional Committee and approval of the Food and Agriculture Division Council.
