1. Scope

This standard covers, the following extensions to the CIMmodel as referred in IS 16336(Part 1) to cater to the specific requirement which are not covered in the associated international standards.

Providing a number of standard model exchange profiles for specific information exchange scenario's which demands model exchange between two utilities or utility and system operatior or utilityand market operator.

The country specific requirements include, the modelling of availability based tariff (ABT) mechanism which is used in scheduling and settlements of power in Indian markets.
