NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard (First Revision) which is identical to ISO/TS 11888 : 2017 ‘Nanotechnologies - Characterization of multiwall carbon nanotubes - Mesoscopic shape factors’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Nanotechnologies Sectional Committee and approval of the Metallurgical Engineering Division Council.

This standard was first published in 2011. The first revision of this standard has been undertaken to align with the latest version of ISO/TS 11888 : 2017 to harmonize it with the latest developments that have taken place at international level.
