NATIONAL FOREWORD

This Indian Standard which is identical with ISO 7010 : 2019 ‘Graphical Symbols - Graphical symbols - Safety colours and safety signs - Registered safety signs’ issued by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) was adopted by the Bureau of Indian Standards on the recommendation of the Basic Standards Sectional Committee and approval of the Production and General Engineering Division Council.

This standard was originally published in 2018. The first revision of this standard has been undertaken to align it with ISO 7010 : 2019 along with Amendment 1 (2020), Amendment 2 (2020), Amendment 3 (2021), Amendment 4 (2021), Amendment 5 (2022) and Amendment 6 (2022).
